Role Overview
We’re seeking motivated self-starters with a sales or insurance background who genuinely care about people and want to make a difference. If you’re enthusiastic about developing your skills and eager to share the value of insurance and financial products, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
- Self-motivated with marketing experience
- Ability to present effectively to potential customers
- Achievements in mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
Responsibilities
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Maintain a strong work ethic with unwavering integrity and commitment to success
- Collaborate closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing projects
- Engage in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Compensation
- Salary $45,000 - $80,000 per year (includes salary plus commission/bonus)
